P. Shaun Neal is a lifelong resident of central Kentucky. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English where he studied under authors Gurney Norman and Ed McClanahan. He also won the Dantzler Award for Fiction.
