Dolls have always been mysterious. The Peculiar People have taken dollmaking to another lever. They had magical powers and placed that same magic into their dolls. They could smile, see, hear, use their hands and feet, and act just like humans. They tried to keep their powers hidden, but in some cases, like with Viola, it was hard to do.
