A.L. is a Canadian lady who is the mother of 6 adult children and the grandmother of 15 grandchildren ranging in age from 10 to 30 years old. She also has a great grandson and a great granddaughter. Although A.L. has always admired the beauty and individuality of rocks and minerals, she did not think of writing about them till she had a vivid dream featuring a family of playful, living stones. This dream stirred A L's imagination. It inspired her to share a series of captivating stories about a group of little rock children called THE ROXPLORERS.
