Sanchita Brahma, PhD, is Associate Professor of Horticulture at Sarat Chandra Sinha College of Agriculture at Assam Agricultural University, India. With experience in extension and teaching, she has published research papers, popular articles, book chapters, and four teaching manuals. She has also written a number of leaflets, extension bulletins, etc. for the benefit of the farming community. Vinod Upadhyay, PhD, is a Junior Scientist in Plant Pathology at Assam Agricultural University: Zonal Research Station, India. He was an associate scientist on projects funded by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research and the World Bank and was involved in establishing a mushroom spawn laboratory unit at the Regional Agricultural Research Station. He has published research and review papers, books, book chapters, popular articles, and bulletins for the farming community. Rupak Kumar Nath, PhD, is Associate Professor of Entomology, Sarat Chandra Sinha College of Agriculture at Assam Agricultural University, India. He has published research papers as well as a number of leaflets, extension bulletins, etc. for the benefit of the farming community on insect pest management of crop plants. Dr. Nath is engaged in undergraduate teaching, covering courses related to the fundamentals of entomology and economic entomology. Ranjit Sarma, PhD, is Associate Dean at Sarat Chandra Sinha College of Agriculture at Assam Agricultural University, India. With over 31 years of experience in teaching, research, and extension, he has attended many regional and national workshops and national conferences and has published research papers, books, and book chapters. Elangbam Premabati Devi, PhD, is Assistant Research Scientist in Plant Pathology at the Wheat Research Station at Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Gujarat, India. With several years of experience in research and extension, she has published research and review papers in national and international journals, book chapters, and popular articles. |
