Tanith Carey is an award-winning writer, counsellor, and author of 12 books on parenting and psychology. Her books are published in over 40 countries, including the US, Canada, France, Germany, and China. As a veteran journalist and former US correspondent, Tanith also writes for a wide range of global publications, including The Guardian, The Times, and The Spectator. Her books include the four titles in the What's My Child Thinking? series (DK), The Friendship Maze, Taming the Tiger Parent, and Girls Uninterrupted: Steps for building stronger girls in a challenging world. Dr Angharad Rudkin is a clinical psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and has worked with families for more than 25 years. She has a therapy practice and consults as well as teaches clinical child psychology. She regularly contributes to the national press and appears on TV and radio. She has three children.
