They get in a bidding war with a bigwig investment banker. Meanwhile, Rebecca leaks false information to the same banker which leads him to overbid and win the company, now mired in debt. The fuel cell research department is sold off-to none other than TOG. TOG forms AltSource with Chip as its President. As the three set their plan in motion, the people they've wronged along the way will do just about anything for revenge.
